Stage 1:
Label
Each asset receives a durable barcode or QR label with a unique ID linked to its register record and ERP asset number.
Stage 2:
Scan
Staff scan the label using the AssetCues mobile app on a smartphone or a handheld scanner during allocation, movement, return, or verification.
Stage 3:
Validate
The app opens the asset record and checks its details, owner, status, and expected location before accepting the transaction.
Stage 4:
Sync
The transaction is recorded with the user, timestamp, and location. Updates flow to the ERP through the prebuilt connector.
Stage 5:
Reconcile
The register and ERP entries are automatically compared after each cycle, with mismatches listed for resolution.
