Role Summary & Key Responsibilities
● Facilitate the management and maintenance of HR documentation, ensuring accuracy in employee records and databases.
● Assist in talent acquisition activities including sourcing, job postings, recruitments, coordination with respective team managers for Hiring requirements, and scheduling interviews.
● Support the onboarding and offboarding processes — Introductions of new employees,handling documentation, orientation sessions, and exit formalities.
● Collaborate on HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives and HR policy development.
● Address minor employee queries with professionalism and confidentiality.
● Maintain and update the leave management tracker integrated with biometric systems for effective absence tracking.
