Responsibilities

Role Summary

  • Content Creation and Management: Assist in writing and editing blog posts, website content, case studies, and whitepapers related to IT products and services.
  • Social Media Support: Manage and update the company’s social media profiles, schedule posts, and engage with the online community to increase brand awareness.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to support marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Email Campaigns: Help design, implement, and track email marketing campaigns to engage clients, prospects, and partners.
  • SEO and Analytics: Assist in optimizing content for search engines (SEO) and monitor website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Event Coordination: Support in the planning and execution of online and offline events such as webinars, trade shows, or conferences.
  • Brand Awareness: Contribute to building and maintaining the company’s brand identity across various platforms and marketing materials.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and client needs.
  • Assist in Campaign Execution: Help implement digital and offline marketing campaigns, including paid ads, content marketing, and promotions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on marketing campaign results and help identify areas for
    improvement.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with the organization and maintenance of marketing materials and
    databases. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

These responsibilities provide valuable hands-on experience in IT marketing while supporting the company’s overall marketing objectives. 

Eligibility Criteria

Experience & Skills

  • BBA/BCOM/MBA or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Knowledge of Marketing techniques and strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • A desire to learn and grow in the channel management field
