We’re in search of a dynamic Senior Digital Marketing Associate to lead our digital growth initiatives. Overseeing end-to-end campaign management, optimizing SEO/SEM efforts, handling PPC initiatives, and crafting compelling content across diverse platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to elevate website rankings, emphasizing optimization for improved visibility.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research through tools such as Semrush and Ahrefs, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Create engaging and SEO-friendly content across diverse digital platforms to enhance brand resonance.
  • Develop and oversee Google AdWords campaigns, focusing on strategic keyword analysis and bid optimization.
  • Leverage Google Analytics to meticulously track and analyze website traffic, user interactions, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Plan, execute, and refine PPC campaigns, meticulously monitoring ad (LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads) performance and adjusting budgets for optimal results.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the efficacy of digital marketing initiatives, offering data-driven insights.
  • Create and manage profiles on G2, Product Hunt, Capterra, Trustpilot, etc.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to synchronize digital efforts with overarching business goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BBA/BCOM/MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ Years of experience in relevant field (Digital marketing)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC and social media management.
  • Well versed with Google AdWords, and Google Analytics
  • Apply critical thinking for logical analysis and problem-solving.
  • Analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
